Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell our WSQ-accredited training courses. This role primarily involves handling inbound sales inquiries daily, guiding potential learners through course options, and assisting them with enrollment. The Sales Executive will also participate in roadshows and promotional events when planned, to attract new learners and create awareness about our training programs.
This position is ideal for customer service-oriented individuals or fresh candidates open to a sales role. If you enjoy engaging with people and have a passion for helping individuals upskill, we welcome you to join our dynamic team
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to daily inbound inquiries from prospective learners via calls, emails, and chat platforms.
- Provide course consultations by understanding learner needs and recommending suitable WSQ training programs.
- Guide learners through the registration and funding application process.
- Follow up with potential leads to ensure successful enrolment.
- Maintain an updated knowledge of SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and WSQ course funding schemes.
- Participate in roadshows and promotional events to increase course sign-ups and brand awareness.
- Meet individual and team sales targets for course enrolments.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, enrolments, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive learning journey for all enrolees.
Requirements
- No prior sales experience required—customer service background is a plus.
- Candidates with retail, hospitality, call center, or education industry experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with learners from various backgrounds.
- Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment with performance targets.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open to working on-site at events or roadshows when required.
