We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Guest Services Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and communication with our guests.

Job Description:
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, carpets, flooring, wallpapers, furniture, and bathrooms daily, adhering to hotel standards and procedures.
  • Conduct duties in a courteous, safe, and efficient manner, in accordance with hotel and government policies and procedures.
  • Equip trolleys with adequate supplies and keep them neat and tidy at all times.
  • Perform laundry duties, collecting and delivering guest laundry, counting soiled linen, and distributing clean linen.
  • Report suspicious persons or actions, DND rooms according to procedures, and report room discrepancies accurately and follow standard procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Able to perform rotating shifts and 6 days of work per week.
  • Able to work under pressure and detail-oriented.
  • Able to converse in Basic English for effective communication between guests and colleagues.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
