Job Title: Front of House Supervisor

Front of House Supervisors are pivotal to delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with guest orders, prioritizing efficiency without compromising on quality.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness across both the front and back of house areas.
  • Upsell menu items, promoting a positive dining experience.
  • Prepare mise-en-place to the required standard, driving operational excellence.

In addition, they will participate in regular training sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge. They will also assist with monthly inventory checks and report any difficulties or problems to the Service/Operations Manager.
