Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the dining room operations at our establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest experience and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Greet guests, ensure they are seated and served promptly, and make sure their overall experience is positive.
  • Staff Supervision: Train, mentor, and supervise servers and other front-of-house staff, and conduct performance reviews as needed.
  • Service Coordination: Liaise between the kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth service, timely delivery of food, and proper communication of guest needs and allergies.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the cleanliness of the dining area, check table settings and supplies, and manage inventory of food and beverages.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and tactful manner.
  • Menu Knowledge: Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation, to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
  • Compliance: Ensure the establishment adheres to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

  • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the menu and offerings, including the ability to make recommendations and upsell.
