Infrastructure Project Coordinator

This position involves overseeing the smooth operation of various infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication among stakeholders.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate with M&E engineers to identify potential clashes and resolve technical issues.
  • Host weekly technical meetings with subcontractors and consultants to address project progress.
  • Monitor consultant design progress and drawings as per agreed submission/schedule detail design.
  • Oversight of project design coordination tasks, ensuring timely completion.
  • Collaborate with construction teams and subcontractors to prepare and submit approved material specifications, method statements, and shop drawings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing M&E coordination works for Local Transport Authority (LTA) projects.
  • Experience in constructing Civil Defense shelters and underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) projects for LTA will be advantageous.
