Overview:

This position is responsible for developing accurate 3D models and 2D documentation using BIM software to support the design and delivery of electrical and infrastructure solutions.

As an Electrical and Infrastructure Project Specialist, you will work closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to capture design intent accurately. You will also coordinate BIM models across disciplines and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate BIM models and detailed drawings for electrical and infrastructure projects.">
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to capture design intent accurately.">
  • Coordinate BIM models across disciplines and ensure compliance with project requirements.">
  • Implement and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows.">
  • Create and manage Revit families and documentation for bills of materials (BOM).">
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.">
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.">
  • Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications.">
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.">
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Experience with electrical and infrastructure projects, including data center experience.">
  • Knowledge of sheet metal and laser cutting processes.">
  • Familiarity with BIM360 and Microsoft Office.">
