Job Title: Electrical Infrastructure Projects Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Infrastructure Projects Specialist to lead and manage our electrical infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical commercial acumen and project management expertise.

The role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and financial management of electrical infrastructure projects, specifically Solar plant, substations, and SCADA systems. This position requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Site Coordination: Oversee on-site activities in Bangladesh, ensuring smooth execution of Solar plant, substation, and SCADA installations.
  • Commercial Oversight: Manage contracts, procurement, and financial aspects of the project, optimizing cost efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and alignment with project goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to project execution, financials, and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervision: Provide guidance on electrical engineering aspects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and financial documentation for project tracking.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree: In Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a Finance and Commercial field MBA.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in managing electrical infrastructure projects, preferably substations and SCADA systems.
  • Location: Ability to work on-site in Bangladesh for 50% of the project duration.
