Job Responsibilities
- Lead and perform engineering design work for projects assigned, inclusive of liaising with other Stakeholders, Sub-Contractors, Consultants, Clients and Client Representatives to meet contractual requirements of the Project.
- Preparing and reviewing design documents & drawings, inclusive of Single Line Diagrams, Electrical Load Lists, Functional Descriptions, Electrical Schematics, Control Diagrams, Technical Specifications, Technical Datasheets, etc.
- Preparing and reviewing technical submissions of tender documents and preparing relevant documents and drawings for tendering.
- Evaluate proposals from Consultants, Sub-Contractors, Suppliers and Other stakeholders, ensuring technical compliance.
- Developing, Updating and Maintaining the Engineering design database and all relevant documentation in the department.
- Lead, participate and work with other Stakeholders, Sub-Contractors, Consultants, Clients and Client Representatives toward the development of the Project
- Develop, align, review and witness tests related to the equipment, inclusive of Type Tests, Factory Acceptance Tests, Site Acceptance Tests, Special Tests, Simulations, etc.
- Develop, prepare, review, and align the Testing & Commissioning procedures for project assigned.
- Develop, prepare, review, and align the Operation and Maintenance Manuals for onward submission to Client.
- Enhancing overall environmental, safety and quality work activities to meet management objective(s) set for the department and customer satisfaction.
- Providing technical support to project, site team during design execution, installation & erection, testing & commissioning, start-up and other related activities required to achieve completion of the project.
- Provide technical support in tendering process, plant improvement initiatives and research and development work and assignments.
- Other instructions by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
- Related working experience in waste-to-energy, thermal power plants and/or process industries will be an advantage.
- Knowledge in engineering, planning and design software.
- Experience in project management will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
