Singapore LCH ELECTRICAL & ENGINEERING WORKS Full time

Jon Descripition:
Plan and schedules electrical and ELV work with reference to contractual schedules
- Coordinate goods delivery with suppliers and installations works with sub-contractors as required
- Attend to all operational matters related to the daily running of the project
- Liaise with customers/consultants/project managers concerning approval of plans and drawings, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, etc.
- To identify and record any product quality problems and to verify the implementation of solutions.
- Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor project schedule
- Prepare updated As-built drawings the Project Manager / Customers
- Testing and Commissioning of the completed Electrical and ELV installations with Customers/Consultants/Sub-Contractors
- Co-ordinate with customers/consultants/project managers to handover completed project with O&M Manual.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or related disciplines.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
- Should be highly motivated and able to work under tight schedule.
- Possess good time management, strong planning, organisational and supervision skills.
- Understand of Electrical and ELV drawings as well as abilities to explain to team members and sub-contractors.
- Preferably specializing in Electrical Engineering
