About the Role:

The IT infrastructure specialist will be responsible for providing day-to-day support and ongoing maintenance for network switches and routers across multiple regions. They will also manage global VMware virtualized infrastructure, oversee backup and monitoring systems, and address issues and alerts in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar infrastructure role
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver technical projects in high-pressure, deadline-driven contexts
  • Proven track record of successfully managing infrastructure operations at an enterprise level
Skills:
  • Cisco Unified Communications (Expressway and Jabber)
  • Cisco switching and routing (CCNA level or higher)
  • Powershell scripting
  • VMware administration and enterprise storage systems
