Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT infrastructure specialist to join our team. As an IT infrastructure specialist, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining office infrastructure, on-premises and cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain office infrastructure, on-premises and cloud-based systems
  • Test system performance and ensure continuous uptime of the system. Monitor system performance, uptime, and resource utilization
  • Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans when needed
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues related to security and IT infrastructure

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of IT infrastructure administration and maintenance
  • Experience with cloud-based systems and platforms
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
