We are seeking an experienced and skilled Infrastructure Project Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects are well-planned, on-track, and completed within budget and scope.

The successful candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT infrastructure projects. They will also possess strong technical skills in system engineering, networking, and infrastructure technologies.

Responsibilities include planning and managing resources, leading cross-functional teams, developing project plans, and implementing risk management strategies. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

  • Project Management Planning ">
    • We are looking for someone who can plan and manage resources, including manpower, procurement, and vendors, to meet project objectives. ">
  • Project Scope Management & Change Control ">
    • The ideal candidate will be able to oversee and manage project teams to develop detailed requirements and deliverables, as agreed within the scope of the project. ">
  • Project Time Management ">
    • We need someone who can guide project teams to develop detailed project schedules and ensure adequate skilled resources are assigned. ">
  • Project Quality & Test Management ">
    • The successful candidate will be able to implement a comprehensive testing plan and adopt best practices for testing, referencing the Test Competency Framework. ">
  • Project Risk Management ">
    • We are looking for someone who can identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks throughout the project implementation life cycle. ">
  • Project Stakeholder Management ">
    • The ideal candidate will be able to implement a communication plan to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project objectives, scope, and timeline. ">

Requirements/ Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 5 - 7 years of experience in project management from which includes RFP till awarding
  • Experience in support on RFP specification, pricing, evaluation etc
  • Supported Government projects before
  • Good in writing approval papers/ justifications for procurement
  • Able to do data crunching and good in numbers
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT infrastructure projects, with a focus on systems and network
  • Experience in individual contributor role in current role
  • Strong background in technical System engineering / networking / Infrastructure background
  • PMP or equivalent project manager certification is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and networking principles
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work effectively under pressure
