Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented project coordinator to support the planning and execution of infrastructure or network projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop project schedules, track milestones, and ensure projects stay on track.
  • Coordinate resource allocation and monitor project progress against timelines.
  • Identify and address project risks, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Prepare regular project updates and reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in managing post-implementation support and project handovers.
Requirements

To be successful as an Infrastructure Project Coordinator Specialist, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a Junior Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Service Delivery Manager.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure or network systems and technologies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
