Job Overview:

The role of Senior Infrastructure Coordination Specialist is pivotal in ensuring project success by fostering collaboration between stakeholders. This involves working closely with specialists, coordinating site acceptance tests, and overseeing quality control measures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Fostering collaboration among stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Closely working with specialists to verify services are provided according to specifications
  • Coordinating and supervising site acceptance tests and factory acceptance tests
  • Reviewing samples, inspecting materials, and testing equipment during the manufacturing process
  • Issuing site instructions on behalf of the project owners for infrastructure requirements
  • Inspecting material quality and reporting any discrepancies to the project owners
  • Verifying contractors' claims and advising the project owners on appropriate actions
  • Assisting project owners in verifying variation works and recording additional work and claims
  • Maintaining site safety, cleanliness, and tidiness, including Earth Control Measures
  • Daily monitoring of site works and updating activities done by contractors
  • Verifying transmittals, method statements, risk assessments, and submissions from contractors
  • Certifying completed work each month for payment purposes
  • Inspecting works, listing defects, and ensuring rectification during the Defects Liability Period
