Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Learning Strategist to collaborate with faculties on designing and developing innovative learning experiences. The appointee will provide strategic guidance on implementing digital teaching practices across NIE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with fellow Learning Strategists to research adult learning theories, strategies, data, and appropriate educational technology tools to design and facilitate impactful workshops for faculty.
  • Work with NIE faculty to identify learning needs, propose frameworks and strategies, and achieve constructive alignment of learning outcomes with activities and assessments.
  • Contribute to special projects on teaching and learning as required.
Requirements
  • A University degree in Instructional Design, Education, or Learning Sciences and Technologies.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design, teaching, and learning within a higher educational setting or with adult learners.
  • Possess strong research skills and experience in designing and facilitating faculty development workshops.
