Program Leadership Opportunity

The Program Director will lead and manage large, complex programs or portfolios of related programs and/or projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cross-functional teams responsible for delivering a portfolio of projects and programs.
  • Develop and implement processes to support client requests and needs.
  • Lead end-to-end projects and programs using formal project management methodologies.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to review project status.
  • Report status of individual and groups of projects and programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum eight years of relevant experience in program leadership.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong process orientation and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications.
