**Key Appointments
- Oversight of program management for Navigator’s various projects.
- This role is the Program Lead, to ensure timely completion and alignment of project goals with the company’s objective.
**Key Responsibilities
- Manage and work with different stakeholders from various departments to ensure cohesive execution of projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and information sharing across teams to maintain alignment of project goals and objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure timely completion of project phases and provide regular updates to senior management on the progress.
- Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders across the organization, including senior management and project teams.
- Facilitate productive discussions and decision-making by managing different viewpoints and priorities.
- Lead change management in the organization by introducing strategies and ensuring the cohesive implementation of changes arising from project initiatives.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to minimize disruption and facilitate a smooth transition for employees and stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely and quality delivery of macroeconomic insights that enable advisors to expand their knowledge on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and distribute insightful content that adds value to advisors.
- Lead and execute the implementation of new projects that provide advisors with actionable insights, such as establishing a new column in the monthly report.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to bring these initiatives to fruition.
- Ensure the content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with the goals of the organization.

- Closure of activities, projects and the entire program based on objectives and organizational priorities.
- Identification of content providers and research firms of good caliber
- Sign-off on the content provided to financial advisors (insights, courses, events).
**Requirements**:
**Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience facilitating meetings to obtain business requirement, functional specification and to achieve objectives.
- Prior experience with project management and multiple stakeholder management is a plus.
- Should also have experience with content creation and courses.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently under pressure, and a team player.
**Education
- Degree in Communications or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
