About This Role

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for human resources and administrative tasks? We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd.

Job Description

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $2800 - $3000 per month, plus a transportation allowance of SGD $90. In this role, you will be responsible for processing monthly payroll and overtime payments, handling employee work pass applications and cancellations, managing the onboarding and offboarding process, and assisting with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly payroll and overtime payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee work pass applications and cancellations, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, including issuing uniforms to new employees and maintaining uniform inventory.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Ensure timely tax clearance for employees and manage insurance claims for employees, including medical and accident claims.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks or projects as required, including general office administrative duties such as filing, organizing, and managing office supplies and stock.
Requirements
  • A minimum Diploma in Human Resource or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in human resources and administrative tasks.
