Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Professional to support our human resource and operations functions. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with PDPA regulations, and providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance in recruitment, performance appraisal, employee benefits, leave management, training, payroll, and office administration.
- Maintain and update employee records with attention to detail and discretion, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with HR onboarding processes, including offer letters, contracts, and new hire documentation.
- Liaise with government bodies for statutory submissions and compliance.

Requirements:
- Nitec/Diploma in Human Resource/Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage sensitive information discreetly.
- Ability to work independently as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
