Administrative Officer

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Officer with expertise in Human Resource Management to join our team at NAILZ HAUS PTE. LTD. As an integral part of our HR department, you will be responsible for maintaining personnel records, updating databases, preparing paperwork, and assisting in the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. A Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent is required. If specialized in Human Resources or equivalent, it would be a plus
This role comes with an attractive salary of SGD 4,500 per month, commensurate with your experience. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital personnel records
- Update various databases (e.g. employment contracts, new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leaves)
- Prepare and coordinate HR-related paperwork and documentation
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing candidates, and onboarding employees
- Support the HR department in administrative tasks and duties
Requirements:
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
