Administrative Professional with Human Resources Focus

At DONNA SPA PTE. LTD., we are seeking an accomplished Administrative Professional with a focus on Human Resources to join our team.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative duties, with a particular emphasis on HR functions such as personnel record management, database updates, and policy preparation.
This is a full-time position requiring Monday-Friday availability from 9am-6pm.
Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital personnel records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Update HR databases efficiently, including new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leave records.
- Prepare and distribute essential paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate foreign worker medical insurance, security bond, and other related tasks.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding and offboarding of candidates.
- Support the HR department in various administrative duties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Maintain and manage office stationery, supplies, and pantry inventory.
- Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes.
- Update internal databases with new hire information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and distribute informative guidelines and FAQ documents regarding company policies.
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
- Create training and onboarding materials to support employee development.
- A minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is necessary.
- The ability to work proactively and execute tasks within tight deadlines is crucial.
- Prior experience in Human Resources or a related field is highly desirable.
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
