At DONNA SPA PTE. LTD., we are seeking an accomplished Administrative Professional with a focus on Human Resources to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative duties, with a particular emphasis on HR functions such as personnel record management, database updates, and policy preparation.

This is a full-time position requiring Monday-Friday availability from 9am-6pm.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital personnel records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Update HR databases efficiently, including new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leave records.
  • Prepare and distribute essential paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate foreign worker medical insurance, security bond, and other related tasks.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding and offboarding of candidates.
  • Support the HR department in various administrative duties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain and manage office stationery, supplies, and pantry inventory.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes.
  • Update internal databases with new hire information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and distribute informative guidelines and FAQ documents regarding company policies.
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
  • Create training and onboarding materials to support employee development.
Requirements
  • A minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is necessary.
  • The ability to work proactively and execute tasks within tight deadlines is crucial.
  • Prior experience in Human Resources or a related field is highly desirable.
Benefits and Remuneration

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
