Human Resources Professional with Strong Administrative Support

About the Role- Support the HR & Admin Manager in executing various HR activities throughout the employee life cycle and administrative matters for the Centre.
- Coordinate and provide administrative support for recruitment to offboarding processes.
- Assist in processing monthly payroll, CPF, and yearly IR8A as required.
- Organize employee engagement events and activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for funding grants.
- Administer workpass processing to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, reports, and documentation.
- Support procurement processes by sourcing quotations and coordinating purchases.
- Coordinate logistics for Management Committee meetings and AGM.
- Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure Environmental Sanitation Programme (ESP) and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements are met.
- Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Good working knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS365) and QuickHR or similar cloud-based HRMS.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resilient, service-centric, reliable, and adaptable.
- Strong team player with resourcefulness, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Interest in contributing to the Social Service sector.
