We're looking for a Compliance Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing compliance strategies across the organization.

Job Description

The Sr. Compliance Manager will be the primary compliance advisor for the APAC region, responsible for ensuring compliance with anti-corruption and other laws, regulations, and industry best practices. The role will involve reviewing business activities and strategies, implementing compliance systems, processes, and controls, and conducting regular compliance auditing and monitoring.

This position requires a strong understanding of compliance risk management and the ability to communicate complex compliance points to the business. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in compliance within the life science/healthcare industries or a similarly highly regulated industry.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance within the life science/healthcare industries or a similarly highly regulated industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex compliance points to the business.
  • Business-minded, risk-conscious, proactive, solutions-oriented, and self-motivated professional.
