Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Compliance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our operations and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high level of risk management.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on risk management best practices.
  • Monitor and report on risk-related activities to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in risk management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in SOW benchmarking and write-up, as well as risk assessment writing.
  • Experience working on AML/KYC projects in a similar industry.
  • SME knowledge of MAS and HKMA AML/CFT requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
