As a Strategic Partnership Development Manager, you will play a key role in elevating our engagement with strategic distributors in the JAPAC region. You will develop, plan, and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth targets and enhance profitability, while leading partner pipeline reviews and coaching and challenging partners to transform their sales plans and strategies.

A strong background in account management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential for success in this role. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of proven track record in relationship-based channel account management is required.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field or equivalent military experience is also necessary for this position.
