Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Store Manager: Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and promotions, and monitor sales metrics to ensure store success.
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers, addressing their questions, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels by monitoring stock, placing replenishment orders, and managing product replenishment to meet customer demand.
  • Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing and supervising daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, security measures, returns, and cash handling operations.
  • Staff Training and Development: Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and assign shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
Requirements:
  • Experience: More than 3 years' experience as a shop supervisor in the luxury goods industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the luxury goods industry and understanding of brand development and fashion trends.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Customer Service and Results Orientation: Proven customer service and results orientation to drive sales and achieve store objectives.
