Position Overview

TITLE: Sales / Senior Sales Associate

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent Contract

Work Environment

As a Sales Advisor, you will embody the brand's ethos. Your role will involve setting a benchmark in sales, customer experience, and loyalty.

You will be responsible for promoting the brand's values and expanding your clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to our clientele.
  • Share the narrative behind our products and showcase our expertise.
  • Proactively suggest complementary items to enhance customer experience.
  • Foster long-lasting relationships with customers to enhance retention.
  • Engage in the operational aspects of the store, including visual merchandising, restocking, and inventory management.
  • Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
  • Support the digital initiatives of the brand.

Brand Representation

  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting CELINE's culture and values.
  • Ensure an outstanding level of client experience.
  • Embody the CELINE spirit through creativity and a commitment to excellence.

Candidate Profile

Keys to Success

Education:

  • Degree from a Business School, University, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • Required retail experience.
  • Experience in the luxury or fashion sector is advantageous.

Competencies:

  • Strong product and fashion awareness.
  • Ability to anticipate and exceed customer needs.
  • Team-oriented with a passion for challenges.
  • High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including empathy and curiosity.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied retail hours, including evenings and weekends.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
