Front Office Host

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Host to provide exceptional service to our guests.

  • Possess minimum G.C.E. 'O' levels in education
  • Candidates with Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent will be preferred for this career opportunity
  • Minimum 6 months work experience in hotel operations is required for this role
  • Possess good customer relations, communications and interpersonal skills to succeed as a Front Office Host
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Fluent in spoken Chinese (required to speak to Chinese guests) to cater to the diverse needs of our guests
