Vertical Sales Lead for Life Science/Pharma

At Siemens Pte Ltd, we're seeking a seasoned Sales Lead to drive growth in the Life Science and Healthcare industries in Singapore. This dynamic role requires a highly motivated individual to identify and develop customer opportunities into successful solutions and services for key accounts.
As a Sales Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a team and adhering to sales activities, including pre-bid reviews, risk management, and bid preparation. You'll also be responsible for meeting sales order and revenue targets, cultivating strong relationships with key accounts, and becoming a trusted advisor for our customers and stakeholders.
You'll make an impact by:
- Developing an in-depth understanding of the local Life Science and Healthcare industries, including market dynamics, operational needs, and regulatory nuances.
- Leading a team and participating in sales activities, including pre-bid reviews, risk management, and bid preparation.
- Meeting sales order and revenue targets, based on assigned team targets.
- Cultivating strong relationships with key accounts and becoming a trusted advisor for our customers and stakeholders.
- Understanding customer business processes, drivers, and developing strategic account plans to support digital transformation journeys.
- Expanding existing and new customer relationships by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our solutions and services business.
- Articulating Siemens value propositions within the Life Science and Healthcare spaces, resonating with diverse stakeholders, and focusing on digitalization and sustainability.
- Adopting and leveraging internal sales tools to maximize sales effectiveness, provide accurate sales forecasting, and enable data-driven decision making.
- Engaging in industry association working groups to develop domain expertise and represent Siemens as a thought leader in assigned industries.
- Working closely with relevant internal stakeholders, including Finance and Operations.
- Ensuring team compliance to Siemens Business Conduct Guidelines.
You excel in:
- More than 5 years of sales experience in any building services, specializing in Life Science and Healthcare industries.
- Strong understanding of design and operational requirements of Life Science and Healthcare industries, including industry standards, critical environment processes, and regulations.
- Strong relationships with various stakeholders, including end-users, developers, consultants, builders, facilities managers, general/specialist contractors, and related Government agencies.
- Possessing a Degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent.
- Appreciating collaboration and ability to communicate effectively in cross-collaboration opportunities.
- Growth mindset and able to embrace a consultative selling approach.
