About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to drive the growth and expansion of our SaaS platform. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategy and direction, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large and strategic telco accounts, delivering on sales KPIs and driving growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, working closely with the Telco Vice President, Sales.
  • Build and enhance C-suite relationships with existing and new clients, driving new account development and revenue growth.
  • Establish a structured sales methodology and process, optimizing sales tools and providing actionable data for targeted sales efforts.
  • Become a thought leader in the Telco vertical SaaS space, establishing credibility and sharing best practices and trends.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of APAC sales experience in telco SaaS software business, with extensive exposure to telecom operators across multiple markets.
  • Strong existing network with C-suite executives in client organizations and a track record of building C-suite relationships.
  • Solution/consultative selling in the domain of BSS to Telco clients.
  • Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to adapt and learn in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Track record of closing large and complex B2B deals with a value of USD 7-10 mio ARR, delivered 2x growth in the initial few years of growth phase.
