Job Title: Talent Acquisition and Development Manager

This is a key role within our organization, focusing on the development of programs aimed at identifying and nurturing talent in undergraduate students. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and marketing.

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful individual to support our STAND Committee in implementing initiatives that enhance student talent development, leadership skills, and interdisciplinary collaborations.

The role involves working closely with senior leadership to plan and implement these initiatives. You will be responsible for managing talent development programs, working with colleges, schools, offices, and vendors to coordinate training sessions, workshops, and mentoring initiatives.

  • Student Talent Development Programmes:
  • Support the effective management of talent development programmes for undergraduate students.
  • Work with colleges, schools, offices, and vendors to coordinate training sessions, workshops, and mentoring initiatives.
  • Assist in tracking and evaluating programme effectiveness.
  • Talent Scholarship Applications:
  • Support the development of marketing and promotional materials for scholarships.
  • Assist in managing scholarship application and selection processes.
  • Maintain engagement with scholarship recipients and provide administrative support throughout their educational journey.
  • Keep accurate records of scholarship recipients and programme outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
