The Assistant Director, Enterprise IT will play a critical role in driving the planning, development and implementation of IT solutions within our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and manage cross-functional teams, develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders and drive business outcomes through effective IT solutions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the planning, development and implementation of IT solutions to meet business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish consensus on project objectives and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  3. Develop and implement project management methodologies to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  4. Manage third-party vendors for project implementation and support, ensuring service quality and contract compliance.
  5. Maintain project documentation, including user workflows, system processes and integrations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of IT experience including:
    • 5 years in project support/management.
    • 5 years as a Business Analyst leading at least two end-to-end full SDLC project deliveries.
  • Strong IT foundation encompassing project management methodologies, system design, web application development and IT security/audit controls.
  • Skilled in managing business process workflows with ability to align IT systems with business objectives.
  • Proficient in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, RESTful services, middleware, API integrations and low-code development platforms.
  • Effective communicator with ability to engage diverse stakeholders, vendors and colleagues translating technical concepts in non-technical terms.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team-oriented approach to work.
  • Customer service orientation and commitment to quality.
