Job Title: IT Infrastructure Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our company's IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will oversee the installation and configuration of hardware, software, and network systems.

The IT Infrastructure Director will be responsible for ensuring all systems meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, managing operational activities effectively, and troubleshooting system faults in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in system troubleshooting. Proficiency in Windows Server OS, Linux/Unix OS, and virtualization platforms is required. Additionally, a good understanding of IT infrastructure services such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange/Mail Services, databases, and web/app servers is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Windows Server OS, Linux/Unix OS, and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in system troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure services such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange/Mail Services, databases, and web/app servers.
  • Experience in system patch management and OS hardening.
  • Working knowledge of VPN, firewall appliances, routers, switches, and enterprise hardware (e.g., servers, SAN, NAS).
