    Responsibilities would include:
    • Lead,originateandexecutedatacentrelandacquisitionsanddevelopmentsitetransactions
    • Seniorend-to-end hands onroleinInvestmentteam,responsibleforexpandingtheirdata centreplatform,AUMgrowth,productdevelopmentandfeerevenue
    • Deepindividualcontributioninunderwriting,acquisitions,portfoliomanagement,andstakeholdermanagement
    • Directhigh-qualityunderwritingofallnewandexistinginvestments,ensuringrobustfinancialmodelingandsoundcommercialassumptions
    • Involvement in strategic and tactical work, from high-level negotiations to detailed underwriting and analysis
    • Actasfirm'srepresentativeforkeyinvestmentmatterswithinvestors,bankers,JVpartners,andseniorinternalstakeholdersensuringclearandconsistentcommunication
    • Managingasmallteam;Leadershipresponsibility
    • Keep abreast of all real estate and data centre markets across APAC
    Profile of ideal candidate:
    • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
    • Minimum 12-15 relevant years of experience indata centre real estate acquisition background as a developer, operator, and/or investor within Asia Pacific
    • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, able to manage senior stakeholders both internally and externally
    • Experience managing investor, lender, and/or JV partner relationships
    • Passion for digital infrastructure and long-term investment strategy
