Responsibilities would include:
Lead,originateandexecutedatacentrelandacquisitionsanddevelopmentsitetransactions
Seniorend-to-end hands onroleinInvestmentteam,responsibleforexpandingtheirdata centreplatform,AUMgrowth,productdevelopmentandfeerevenue
Deepindividualcontributioninunderwriting,acquisitions,portfoliomanagement,andstakeholdermanagement
Directhigh-qualityunderwritingofallnewandexistinginvestments,ensuringrobustfinancialmodelingandsoundcommercialassumptions
Involvement in strategic and tactical work, from high-level negotiations to detailed underwriting and analysis
Actasfirm'srepresentativeforkeyinvestmentmatterswithinvestors,bankers,JVpartners,andseniorinternalstakeholdersensuringclearandconsistentcommunication
Managingasmallteam;Leadershipresponsibility
Keep abreast of all real estate and data centre markets across APAC
Profile of ideal candidate:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 12-15 relevant years of experience indata centre real estate acquisition background as a developer, operator, and/or investor within Asia Pacific
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, able to manage senior stakeholders both internally and externally
Experience managing investor, lender, and/or JV partner relationships
Passion for digital infrastructure and long-term investment strategy
