As Director of Digital Infrastructure Investments, you will be responsible for leading the origination and execution of data centre land acquisitions and development site transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end hands-on role in Investment team, responsible for expanding data centre platform, AUM growth, product development, and fee revenue;
• Deep individual contribution in underwriting, acquisitions, portfolio management, and stakeholder management;
• Direct high-quality underwriting of all new and existing investments, ensuring robust financial modeling and sound commercial assumptions;
• Involvement in strategic and tactical work, from high-level negotiations to detailed underwriting and analysis;
• Acting as firm's representative for key investment matters with investors, bankers, JV partners, and senior internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication;
• Managing a small team; Leadership responsibility;
• Keeping abreast of all real estate and data centre markets across APAC;
• Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion in the digital infrastructure space;
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and JV partners;
• Providing expertise and guidance on data centre investments and market trends;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success;
• Analyzing market data and industry trends to inform investment decisions;
• Staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and market developments that impact the digital infrastructure sector;
• Communicating complex information to non-technical stakeholders;
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of investment activities;
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of investment activity;
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline;
• Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in data centre real estate acquisition background as a developer, operator, and/or investor within Asia Pacific;
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, able to manage senior stakeholders both internally and externally;
• Experience managing investor, lender, and/or JV partner relationships;
• Passion for digital infrastructure and long-term investment strategy;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Capacity to work effectively in a team environment;
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment;
