About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Director to lead our branch operations and drive sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving daily branch sales targets, managing staff performance, and fostering a positive working environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead branch operations and manage staff performance to achieve sales targets.\
  • Motivate staff to build teamwork and ensure good communication among staff.\
  • Establish good relationships with customers and provide excellent service.\
  • Share knowledge and perform training on effective practices, sales pitches, and customer service.\
  • Empower staff to accomplish tasks and achieve desired goals.\

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in the beauty and wellness industry with a proven track record in sales target achievement.\
  • Independent, motivated, optimistic, and possess initiative.\
  • Highly motivated, sales-driven, and service-oriented.\
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication qualities.\
  • Team player with ability to cooperate with colleagues and have strong leadership capabilities.\
