Job Title

Sales and Operations Director

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Operations Director to oversee our store management and operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail operations and be able to develop and guide the implementation of sales and gross profit plans.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for communicating and executing operational strategies from headquarters, liaising with other departments to ensure alignment, leading recruitment and training of store staff, resolving emergencies, and maintaining orderly store operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee comprehensive store management and operations
  • Develop and implement sales and gross profit plans
  • Communicate and execute operational strategies
  • Liaise with company departments
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
  • Resolve emergencies and maintain store operations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a store manager or in retail operations
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure
  • Resilient, driven, and adaptable to challenging environments
  • Commercial awareness and sensitivity to drive sales and deliver customer service

A Bachelor's degree or above is required, although exceptional work experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
