We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Assistant Manager to join our team at INFINIX FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate assigned shifts, conducting daily pre-operation meetings with staff to ensure duties are understood.
  • Provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees, focusing on the proper and safe use of equipment and machinery.
  • Ensure all daily and periodic cleaning tasks are completed as per schedule.
  • Address customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor staff punctuality and discipline, upholding company standards.
  • Perform other duties assigned by superiors and clients as required.
Requirements:
  • Able to work midnight shifts.
  • Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to work in islandwide locations and travel to multiple sites daily.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact effectively with clients.
  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar role within the cleaning sector.
