Key Responsibilities:

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and streamline service processes.
- Relationship Building: Follow up to ensure full resolution of customer concerns, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Performance Tracking: Track key customer service metrics such as response time and resolution rate to ensure performance targets are met.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the evolution of customer service policies that support our commitment to excellence.
