We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Coordinator to join our team.

Role Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing architectural drawings to ensure accuracy and coordination.
  • Liaising with consultants, including architects and engineers, to clarify and revise designs as needed.
  • Collaborating with subcontractors to ensure that architectural works align with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Conducting site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Resolving design conflicts, site constraints, and technical queries in a timely manner.
  • Preparing and submitting documents for approvals, such as method statements, risk assessments, and shop drawings.
  • Evaluating the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure they meet project standards.
  • Monitoring progress to ensure architectural works are completed on time.
  • Ensuring all works comply with relevant regulations and contract requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in basic Autocad software.
  • A positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • The ability to handle construction projects with dedication and commitment.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • The ability to use Microsoft Project to present schedules to clients.
