Job Title:

Sales Director/VP

">Overview

A high-performing Sales Director/VP is needed to spearhead business development and revenue growth across APAC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies targeting colocation, enterprise, and hyperscale data centers.
  • Business Development Execution: Identify and qualify new opportunities across APAC, EMEA, and beyond; build a strong sales pipeline using consultative selling.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Own key account relationships, understand client needs, and close complex enterprise software deals with senior stakeholders.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs and provide market feedback for product development.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and panels; build networks with partners and influencers.
Required Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales, ideally in data center, energy optimization, or mission-critical infrastructure.
  • Proven success in selling enterprise or SaaS solutions to C-level and technical decision-makers.
  • Strong network within data center operators (colocation, enterprise, hyperscalers) in APAC.
  • Familiarity with data center design and operations.
  • Knowledge on digital twin/AI technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingsness to travel regionally and internationally.
