As a key member of our Monetization Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full cycle of learning and development programs, including needs analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Support the ongoing training program execution for our Global CX Operations team, both in-house and vendor workforce.
  • Design, prepare, and deliver a functional Train-the-Trainer model to assess and certify trainer skills.
  • Plan, communicate, and measure milestones, risks, and process improvement opportunities for day-to-day operations.
  • Create, organize, and present training and development initiatives using the Train-the-Trainer approach.
  • Use feedback from learners to continually improve learning outcomes.
  • Standardize knowledge content format and manage content across our in-house Knowledge Management tool.
  • Coordinate with XFN teams to set up knowledge sharing sessions and manage the training calendar.
  • Support the execution of training needs arising from Quality Audit feedback or Product knowledge gaps.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4+ years of L&D experience across any industry.
  • Proven experience as an L&D or Training Manager.
  • Familiarity with learning platforms and practices.
  • Practical experience of delivering learning sessions (classroom, virtual) and training audience.
  • Excellent communication skills (English) and ability to engage senior business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualification:
  • Strong project management experience.
