We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the finance shared services centre in Asia.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced executive to lead a team and contribute to the success of our organization.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of financial operations.
- Job Description: Lead a team in managing the finance shared services centre, providing accounting and financial reporting support for various business units in the APAC region.
- Responsibilities: Assist in business re-engineering, streamline work processes within the Shared Services centre, and explore new technology applications to enhance overall efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A degree qualified CPA/CA with at least 12 years' relevant experience in shared services and operations is required.
Key Requirements:
- Self-motivated and energetic individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of motivating and leading a young and dynamic team.
Benefits:
Circa S$300k base salary plus bonus package.
