We are seeking a diligent and organized professional to join our team as an Email and Office Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, handling administrative tasks with precision, and providing exceptional support to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage company email and office telephone directory listing.
- Plan, forecast, and manage general office and pantry supplies and related expenses.
- Coordinate office festive decorations and organize company events and staff wellbeing activities.
- Assist with scheduling and updating of appointment calendars, booking air-tickets, and hotel bookings for board members.
- Perform general marketing duties, including printing corporate gifts, calendars, diaries, and T-shirts, managing social media accounts, and preparing quarterly board meeting documents.
- Manage portals pertaining to board meetings, coordinate with board members, and handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Onboard and offboard employees, perform necessary checks during hiring, and maintain HR management systems.
- Maintain organization charts, update records on MOM Portal, and prepare visa letters for delegates visiting from overseas.
- Support operational workflow, monitor time attendance, and leave records, and cover reception duties when required.
- Diploma holder in any discipline.
- Meticulous, well-organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker, resourceful, and solution finder.
- Good command in writing, good working attitude, and passion to learn.
- Proactive attitude, ability to work independently and as a team-player, computer literacy skills, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.
