Job Description:
This role will be responsible for supporting both the Learning and Development and Talent Management teams within our Global Talent Management & Inclusion Team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project execution, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:
  • Working closely with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver high-quality training programs
  • Providing technical support for the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including programme managers and subject matter experts
  • Collaborating with other departments to drive business objectives and improve processes
  • Managing the onboarding process for new employees, including creating welcome packs and scheduling inductions
  • Coordinating logistics for training events and conferences
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement
