Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Market Expansion Lead (M&E) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our tender team and planning sales strategies to meet company's vision. Key responsibilities include ensuring tender submission within tight deadlines, managing project budgets, designing and preparing business proposals and solutions, improving cost competitiveness during tender for higher profit margins, planning and executing with tender team to achieve KPIs, attending site visits and tender meetings, and responding to clarifications. Additionally, the candidate will explore new potential customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in M&E / ACMV sectors, knowledge and experience in tender department (ACMV / M&E), and a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or business management. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD is also required. Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, good conversational and writing skills, strong business acumen, self-driven attitude, and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
