- Nurture and build strong relationships with Web3 founders, DAOs, investors, and key ecosystem players.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and opportunities by engaging with Web3 communities, forums, and events.
- Foster connections on crypto-native platforms like Discord, Telegram, and decentralized social networks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative, Web3-native services that support blockchain startups.
- Track program performance, analyze on-chain and off-chain data, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to enhancing the Web3 ecosystem through partnerships, hackathons, and community-driven initiatives.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders in a transparent and on-chain manner.
At least 3 years web3/blockchain/crypto industry experience.
Possess a passion for emerging technology trends, especially technology applications in the Web 2.5/ Web 3.0 space.
Effective project management skills, handling multiple projects with diverse stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering productive relationships with founders, investors, and stakeholders.
Experience with start-up programs or entrepreneurship is a plus.
We will be prioritizing individuals with an existing right to work in Singapore.
