Responsibilities:

  • Actively hunt and develop new business opportunities by expanding a portfolio of key customers across SG and Asia, with a strong focus on clinching large-scale projects in AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture).
  • Establish, nurture, and cultivate long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, suppliers, and existing clients, to expand the business ecosystem.
  • Focus on driving sales and achieving revenue KPIs by identifying and securing new business opportunities from prospective clients, leveraging partnerships and ecosystem relationships.
  • Lead the development and execution of strategies to secure large projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to close high-value deals.
  • Assist the Head of Department in identifying and deploying marketing strategies and events tailored to target clients, partners, and suppliers to support business expansion.
  • Regularly analyze industry trends and market opportunities to provide valuable insights to senior management and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the ecosystem, ensuring continuous collaboration and a sustainable pipeline of opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales and account servicing, specifically in IT software solutions, system integrators, ISP, or telecom industries, with a proven track record in closing large projects.
  • Expertise in managing partnerships across channels, suppliers, and existing clients, with a focus on expanding the business ecosystem and securing strategic deals.
  • Knowledge of Telco services such as Data Centres, IP, IEPL, MPLS, SDWAN, and emerging solutions like Cloud, SaaS, and ICT, with a focus on the AIDC industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage key stakeholders at all levels.
  • A self-driven "hunter" mentality, result-oriented, with a proven ability to identify and close major business opportunities.
  • High initiative and integrity, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for business development and client meetings.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively engage and communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
