About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Premier Relationship Manager to join our team at OCBC Bank. As a key member of our Premier Banking team, you will be responsible for acquiring and prospecting new Premier Banking Offshore customers, developing and strengthening their relationships with the Bank in accordance with relevant business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively acquire and prospect new Premier Banking Offshore customers, leveraging your expertise in financial analysis and relationship management to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the bottom-line of Premier Banking through the accomplishment of profit and growth targets, utilizing your knowledge of banking products and services to deliver exceptional results.
  • Manage the relationships with new and existing affluent customers, providing professional consultative financial analysis and market information updates to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Up-sell, cross-sell, and provide regular market information updates and trend analysis to these customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support.
  • Ensure superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience of Premier Banking, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the banking and financial services industry, preferably in managing the affluent segment, with a proven track record of consistent sales performance.
  • Experience in covering the Indonesia and Malaysia markets, with a strong understanding of the local business landscape and customer needs.
  • Recognized university degree and possession of CMFAS certification (RES1A/RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI).
  • Sound knowledge of banking products and services, including investment products such as unit trusts, bancassurance, and treasury products.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia speaking customers, ensuring seamless communication with offshore clients.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and ability to work independently and in a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Initiative and drive to succeed, with a focus on achieving sales quota and revenue targets.
  • Willingness to travel for business, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting customer needs.
